User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of this app. By opening the application, registering an account, or using any available feature, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You may use the service only if you meet the legal age and capacity requirements that apply where you live. If consent from a parent or guardian is required, that person must review and accept this Agreement for you.
2. Account Management
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Protect your password and verification details, and inform us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Available Services
This app may provide short-series discovery, episode details, online playback, favorites, viewing progress, recommendations, account tools, and optional paid features. Functions may vary by device, application version, account status, and content authorization.
4. Personal Use License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the application for lawful personal entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the application, its software, branding, or any material made available through it.
5. Content Availability
Series, episodes, subtitles, audio tracks, artwork, and playback options may be added, changed, restricted, or removed for licensing, legal, technical, security, or operational reasons. No specific item is guaranteed to remain available permanently.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- record, duplicate, redistribute, resell, or publicly display protected content;
- circumvent account, entitlement, playback, geographic, or security controls;
- use scraping tools, bots, modified clients, malware, or disruptive traffic;
- alter receipts, misuse promotions, or submit fraudulent payment claims;
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
7. Payments and Membership
Optional paid services may be presented in the application. Before confirmation, you will be shown the product, price, duration, benefits, and renewal conditions. Purchases processed by a payment platform are also subject to that platform’s applicable procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
The application and its interface, software, trademarks, text, artwork, video, and audio are protected by applicable laws. Rights may belong to the service provider, its licensors, or other rights holders. Access is granted only for authorized personal use.
9. Service Changes
We may maintain, update, replace, limit, or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, compliance, licensing, or reliable operation. Notice will be provided where required by law.
10. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or ended in response to fraud, infringement, security risks, invalid entitlements, serious or repeated violations, or legal requirements. You may stop using the application and request account deletion at any time.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee continuous operation, error-free performance, permanent catalog availability, or compatibility with every device.
12. Limitation of Liability
Where lawful, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
13. Updates and Contact
